A. I was standing in the reception office of the law school.

Q. Tell the jury what happened when you were standing there.

A. Well, the first thing I remember is I noticed that defendant Dylan was rushing toward the office, screaming at me and waving his arms. At that point I just turned and ran down the hall. Dylan caught up to me and stabbed me with his pen. I was then sent to the hospital and received 12 stitches in my arm.

Q. Do you know why Dylan stabbed you?

A. No.
