The new product targets customers from Generation Z and it will be distributed via Call Centre and company website.

The launch date is December 1, 2022 and the project budget is $1,000,000.

One identified deliverable is the Call Centre employees training. You had determined that it cannot be completed within the project team and, as a result, you have to find a competent supplier, who is able to develop the materials and deliver the training in-class (product and sales techniques) over 5 days in various batches of employees. The training budget for procurement purposes is $100,000

The Call Centre is located in the GTA (Great Toronto Area) and it is organized in two shifts covering the entire Canadian territory from West coast to East coast in both languages. There are 300 employees eligible for the training. Only 30 employees need training in French
