1. As a Disability Management Coordinator at a Toronto start-up IT company that is rapidly growing, you have been asked to develop a RTW policy. Draft the policy incorporating all the concepts discussed in class. Please note the following:

1. Include considerations for both, occupational and non-occupational injuries/illnesses in the policy;
2. Ensure the policy is based on legislation;
3. Consider and include in the policy any standards and best/leading practices.
