The website shows an employee at the theatre the request on a monitor. The employee confirms that there are seats available. The website then collects payment information from the customer and sends it to the theatre employee who processes it in the theatre's payment system. Once payment is approved, the clerk issues a new ticket for the movie and the website displays the ticket for the customer to print.
