EXAMPLE ONLINE SHOPPING SYSTEM The Online Shopping System provides several services to customers. The customer shall be able to add items to the shopping cart, delete and view items from shopping cart. These services require the customer to complete successfully the login process In addition to the aforementioned services, the customer shall be able to make checkout. There are several required steps have to be included in the checkout process. The first step is to view the items in the shopping cart. In second step, the customer has to choose a shipping type by selecting either ship by Fedex or by Aramix and then he/she has to fill out detailed information about the address such as street address, postcode, city and country. In case the customer enters a wrong address, he/she will receive an error message. The third step in checkout process is to include all the steps for calculating the taxes and the shipping price. In the fourth step, the customer has to select a payment method. There are two options a for payment method, either a customer selects a credit card payment method or selects PayPal payment method. With respect to select credit card, the customer has to enter the credit card type, credit card number and expiration date. The final process in checkout is that the customer shall be able to confirm the order by clicking the confirm button. When the customer has successfully completed the checkout process, a confirmation email is sent to him/her. One of the exceptions that may exist in the checkout process is that the customer can cancel the operation at any step.
