Hammer hardware is an independent hardware store. The shop is owned by the manager who employed two members of staff.

Customers may purchase products and in some cases will be asked to give their personal details for warranty purposes. Customer may also make enquiries about products regarding availability, price etc.

Suppliers will provide invoice for such products and chase for payment where necessary. They will also be able to answer questions from the shop staff regarding products delivery dates and invoices etc.

The shop staff will also be responsible for checking incoming products against order form.
