One is Mario Kart, which takes m minutes to finish a round; and the other one is Mario and Rabbit Kingdom, which takes n minutes to finish a challenge $($n is greater than m$).$ Please draw the flow chart that makes the decision on which game to play.

$4)$Problem $4(0\mathrm{.}5$ point$)$ Let$$s mimic the decision that an auto$-$driving car makes at the traffic light.

If the traffic light is green, follow the directions on GPS$.$

If the traffic light is yellow and the distance to the traffic light is less than $3$ yards, follow the directions on GPS; otherwise, stop.

If the traffic light is red and you want to turn right, please make sure there is no other vehicles and then turn right; otherwise, stop.
