A health clinic has many doctors. Each doctor is assigned a specific department. A department includes a minimum of 2 doctors. Each patient can schedule one or more appointments. A doctor can have between 12 and 15 appointments. A doctor writes many prescriptions. A patient can have one or more prescriptions. A prescription has at least one drug. Each drug belongs to one drug category.
