The student submits the application form online. The student pays the application fee to the bank. After completing all application steps, the school administrator receives all application forms to conduct shortlisting using student's points. If the student meets the requirements, the school administrator approves, but if the student doesn't meet the requirements, the school administrator rejects the application. For special cases, the administrator sends the applications to the HOD/ Dean for shortlisting. Then if the case is valid they approve but if it is not valid they reject the application. After approval or rejection, the system notifies students about the application decision
