$1.$ This is a Group Project not more than $3$ members in $1$ group.

$2.$ If wish to work individual $$ Feel free to do so$.$

$3.$ Select an industry of choice and the goal it to design complete structure and

architecture of Marketing Department in the organization.

$4.$ Present your strategies $/$ campaign ideas $/$ wireframes and as to how your

Marketing Department or CRM system interacts with the customer.

$5.$ You are free to use resources and tools as appropriate.

$6.$ As the final submission, group $/$ everyone will be submitting the complete

package on last day of the course.

$7.$ Define KPIs, data points, attributes you will be tracking that will help in decision

making.

$8.$ As we progress along the course, keep adding and enhancing your ideas and

implementations.

Guidelines on the Project Report: $($Optional$)$

$1.$ Report could be a Word document or a PDF$.($Not in $.$pages format$)$

$2.$ The final report should be well document with table of contents, references

and titles.

$3.$ Report can be anywhere between $10$ to $30$ pages. $($Mandatory$)$

$4.$ If wish to create a PPT for presentation, can be up to $15$ slides. $($Optional$)$

$5.$ As part of submission, all documents, data sets, articles or code files, used

as a part of the project should be submitted by each individual.

$6.$ You can follow the following guidelines if you wish to$.$

Goals and Objectives:

$1.$ Provide the goal and objective of your project. It can be related to the

company you have selected for research and what aspects of that company

you want to research on$.$

Estimated Process:

$1.$ In the beginning of the project what all estimated steps were finalized as

the approach plan towards your project.

$2.$ Highlight how the approach plan will help to achieve the goal set for this

project. Provide appropriate reasoning for the same.

Business Model Presentation:

$1.$ Detailed research on the product and services the company offers and what

is the business model$($s$)$ company executes.

$2.$ More in depth about the brand and brand image.

Main Body:

$1.$ Describe in detail the research work done as the requirement mentioned in

the $1$st part of this document.

$2.$ Data driven research is required.

$3.$ Compiling and presenting the information is open to choose. Please

research on various ways to present and feel free to adapt any.

$4.$ Using visuals and charts is highly recommended.

Conclusion:
