DUCTION In your career as an IT manager, you may need to use different methods of communication depending on the message you are communicating, the reason you are communicating it, and the audience you are communicating to. In this task, you will choose one of two real-life scenarios in the Supporting Documents section: "Work Scenario 1" or "Work Scenario 2." Each scenario presents a situation you must respond to as an IT manager. You will select audiences (i.e., relevant stakeholders) within the situation to whom you must communicate certain messages. You will then determine an appropriate written format (i.e., genre) to deliver your message. For the purposes of this task, the term audience is used to represent the people with whom you are communicating. This term is often used in the field of technical communication. In a work setting, however, you may see audiences referred to as stakeholders. You will submit the written deliverables for your selected audiences in Task 2. You must successfully submit Task 1 in order to move on to Task 2. REQUIREMENTS Your submission must be your original work.
