Please visit a local Starbucks coffee shop or Jamba Juice and use the BPM modeling software to diagram a customers visit in terms of the factors below. Please create two different diagrams: (1) a physical process flow (i.e., what are the steps in the process that needs to happen during the transaction) and (2) an information process flow (i.e., what data are accessed, captured, processed, and stored during the transaction). Please include the following:

1. What are the steps (e.g., actions, decisions points, processing of data) involved with a purchase of a cup of coffee/juice?

2. What types of data are accessed, captured, processed, and stored in order for these actions to occur? Hint: Identify and model the data in terms of inputprocess-output.
