During a selection procedure for a vacancy in your Accounts Payable department, the hiring manager asks Applicant A for her username and password for her accounts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Applicant A refuses to provide them. Later, Applicant B, who provided his username and passwords for these social media sites to the supervisor, is hired. Applicant A comes to HR to complain.
