A. Whatever they provide as the definition for the term "documents"

B. Whatever is the definition of document in Webster's Dictionary

C. Whatever existed at one point as a hard copy - meaning they won't get anything that has been created electronically unless it was also printed.

D. To actual paper items, things we normally identity as a document.
