• What is changing and what is causing the organization to change their approach to the products or services affected?
• Relate the change or changes to a business or organization you are familiar with.
• Write a brief recommendation on how that business/organization should consider a similar or different approach from the organization featured in the article. Provide a URL/link or pdf copy of the article in your posting and an APA citation/reference.
