Take a look at the textbook's motivational theories discussed throughout Chapter 10 on pages 240-259 and also the leadership theories discussed in Chapter 7 on pages 180-183.

Please describe the effective use in your workplace of just one of the many motivation theories discussed in our textbook and explain why it worked so well at your job.Please try not to discuss the same theory as another classmate so that we build a varied list of theories in action.
