E$2$E Perf Testing Solution for CRM

For our team project, we will be designing and delivering an end to end performance testing solution for an already developed CRM that is in production. The CRM handles financial loans for customers and gives account managers insights into potential financial products that can be sold to customers. The CRM is also an integration point for various vendor$/3$rd party systems such as credit scoring, credit modeling, and customer purchase history. The CRM is designed using Microservices architecture. CRM API endpoints will be tested for performance and vendor$/3$rd party API endpoints will be mocked. Performance testing will need to be automated and also be used manually. The project will be used in the decision making for future production releases.
