Each floorplan (exercise/task):

1. Write the method of measurement to be used to calculate the leasable area of each tenancy

2. Shade/color boundaries and hatch the area of the leasable area for each tenancy NEATLY using colour pencils. Make sure your drawing is readable after scanning

3. Calculate the leasable area for each tenancy (to the nearest squaremetre). Read your floorplan carefully, some floorplans have only one tenancy, some has several. Show all your workings, mathematical calculations and any assumptions made. Use the measurements given on the floorplans, ALL measurements are given, do not guess or make an assumption
