Each group is expected to identify an organizational issue $($opportunity$)$ and accordingly design an information system$-$based intervention to address $($exploit$)$ the said issue $($opportunity$).$ The issue $($opportunity$)$ should preferably be identified from an organization where at least one of the team members has been working$/$had worked earlier. This is to ensure that the group has access to adequate information about the problem context and other organizational variables. Groups need to identify the issue $($opportunity$)$ and elaborate on how solving $($exploiting$)$ the issue $($opportunity$)$ is important for the organization. Groups need to identify the broad information system requirement needs in terms of the following components: a$)$ Identify the information requirements for designing the information system. b$)$ Identify the key stakeholders involved. c$)$ Identify a few measures$/$metrics that could be used to monitor the performance of the designed information system. d$)$ Create a high$-$level data flow diagram$1($DFD$)$ that depicts the key processes and the data flow in the system to be designed. e$)$ Mention the possible challenges your group anticipates to face during the design and implementation of the said intervention and also what different types of supports would be needed from the top management in navigating those challenges.
