Each individual will submit the final team report. It will include the first 2 pages (team generated) and the third page (generated by each individual). Page 1: Scenario assessment - What is the problem? How should it be handled? Who needs to do what? What should escalation look like for this scenario? Use the questions included in each scenario to guide your research and discussions. Page 2: This is the sample communication piece(s) notifying various parties as to the incident and resolution, or next steps. Page 3: The team evaluation section is self-graded. Each team member should provide a self assessment related to their preparation and participation. Provide 3 - 4 sentences describing your performance followed by a score out of 10 (i.e. 7/10). Additionally, provide a substantial paragraph describing and evaluating the performance of the team in its entirety (no names). This will be used by your professor when assessing your team's performance and the grade for the assignment
