Each member of the group must provide a one-paragraph argument, addressed to his/her teammates, arguing why he/she should be voted #1 Teammate. Draw upon your accomplishments, your responsiveness, your charisma, or whatever characteristic you believe will persuade your teammates to vote for you. 

I recommend Tiako as our group's number 1 teammate. Tiako consistently demonstrates unparalleled responsiveness, is always ready to address queries, provides valuable insights, and collaborates seamlessly with the team. This proactive approach not only fosters a positive working environment but also contributes to the efficiency of our assignments.
