Each Reflection Paper's content will reflect over the field experiences aligned under each MEA Leader standard and explain how the experience(s) helped the student achieve the specific standard for effective district leadership. The refection is not simply stating what you did to complete the hours. Must have an hourly attendance rate of 92% or higher in the current semester, must not be failing any classes, must have all fines and fees paid in full or have a payment plan set up with the office and must have fewer than 3 disciplinary referrals in the current semester
