Each student develops a presentation (Power Point Presentation). The presentation will summarize the HR business case of a current event. The current event must include a link between an organization's use of HR management (HRM) and HR development (HRD) to enhance organization return on the organization's investment in people. The current event can be from the news, Park Library, or other researched current event. The presentation must clearly articulate how the Human Resource Management function of an organization positively contributes to organizational outcomes. The final presentation slide is required to include all references in APA format
