Each student must find a study or an article in which researchers use linear regression to find a correlation between two variables. This can be in any field that is of interest to you. An easy way to do this would be to search google images for "linear regression (field)", that way you don't get too bogged down with scholarly articles.

Here is the questions to answer after you find study or an article :

• why you decided to choose that study
• the strength and direction of the correlation (include an educated guess as to what the correlation coefficient should be)
• whether you think the line of best fit they used is appropriate and why (or why not)
• what the correlation implies about the relationship between the two quantities
