Each student needs to brainstorm an issue or opportunity for improvement that they have observed in their academic environment, general community, work settings, or personal activities.

The issues can be educational processes such as course sequencing, taking online classes, or customer service issues in relation to the bookstore or registration area.$$

The issue can also be a Governmental processes that do not seem to be working might be good opportunities for improvement. I am sure we can come up with a few from that point of view.
