Each student should prepare for an Individual Class Exercise which will be conducted in the next session on September 20. Each student should select an organization and be ready to present:

a) the System Components of the selected organization - Structure, Technology, People and Task

b) the challanges of competition and workplace diversity that the organization is facing and explain how these challanges are creating business opportunities for the organization

Five students will be picked randomly to present these points, so all students should prepare 4 PowerPoint slides for the presentation.

Note that these PowerPoint slides will be used in a subsequent assignment later which will be graded.
