Use project management tools to develop and implement a project plan including:
deliverables
work breakdown
budget and allocation of resources
timelines
risk management
recordkeeping and reporting
Consult and communicate with relevant stakeholders to generate input and engagement in
planning, implementing and reviewing the project
Provide support to team members to enable them to achieve deliverables and to transition
them
as appropriate at completion of the project
Finalise the project including documentation, sign-offs and reporting
Review and document the project outcomes
This Assessment Project can be based on an organisation of your choice; your current workplace
or the scenario listed in Appendix One.
In order to Assessment Project, you are able to work either individually or in project
teams of between 2 to 4 students.

in line with the organisation's requirements and project management principles. The
workflow you should adopt to satisfy these requirements will include:

Once you have received sign off for your project, your next task is to proceed with implementation
of the project. This will require administration and monitoring of multiple elements to ensure your
project is satisfactorily delivered.
To deliver your project you will need to provide evidence that you have achieved your project
deliverables by completing the appropriate administration, monitoring and implementation of your
Project Plan. This should include:
Consulting and communicating with relevant stakeholders to generate input and
engagement in planning, implementing and reviewing the project
Ensuring project team members are clear about their responsibilities and the project
requirements
Providing support for project team members, especially with regards to their specific needs,
to ensure that the quality of the expected outcomes of the project and documented time
lines are met
Establishing and maintaining the required recordkeeping systems throughout the project
Implementing and monitoring the plans for managing project finances, resources and
quality
Completing and forwarding project reports as required to stakeholders
Undertaking risk management as required to ensure project outcomes are met
The evidence you will need to supply to demonstrate completion of the project administration and
monitoring components of the Assessment should be summarised in a written report which should
be structured to reflect the specific details pertaining to your project.
In addition to and to support your submission you should aim to provide the required evidence of
your Project Activity by including all forms of documentation that you (and your team) have
generated during the project.
