Each student will have to create a strategic plan for the same company that they analyzed in modules 1-2. The project must be delivered this last week of classes. You must take into account the knowledge acquired in the course and use the work done for modules 1-2 to design a Strategic Plan for the company. It is important that your paper is highly detailed and covers suggested strategies to overcome the weaknesses and threats facing the business. You should explain all of the suggested strategies and explain in detail how each can help meet the organization's goals. The writing must include a description, the mission and the vision of said company.
