Each unit, students will identify two key ideas from the Szypszak and/or Svara texts and discuss them in relation to specific sources provided in the module WHICH WOULD BE: Understanding Law for Public Administration text, the assigned reading in Chapter 12. The key ideas must be from two different chapter readings, and in the weeks where readings from both textbooks are assigned, must represent each text. For each key idea, students will identify the key idea, explain why it is significant to public administration law or ethics, and apply the ideas practically through referencing content from the selected sources identified in the module.
