ECU has its fitness center at two separate locations i.e., Joondalup and Mount Lawley. The fitness centers provide various facilities to its members such as memberships, gym equipment's, classes, trainers, and scheduling. Members can choose any membership plan that suits them. Both Students and Community members can use the gym facility and can get the membership for students there are two different type that is semester option and annual option whereas for community members there are four different option which are annually, six months, three months or fortnightly. To be a member at ECU fitness center client should create profile using ecu fitness website the details entered in ecu school fitness website and that is how they can sign up physically going to the fitness center and start training. In the very first day when member goes to the fitness center, they will be given to fill up some form about and, they need to fill up pre assessment fitness form before starting their first day at fitness center. There will be three different types of programs offered by fitness center they are PT session for beginners, intermediate session for member who have basic knowledge about equipment's and how to use them and last one is advance session were member has been doing gym for at least 2 to 3 years. Staff of the fitness center keep records of members' details, payment, gym equipment, trainers, classes, and their availability. 

To manage the fitness center and to operate smoothly, ECU plans to develop a database that stores all the important information. The database system will store all information about members, membership plans, trainers, clients, classes, equipment's, schedules, location, membership type, class categories, trainer's qualification. Staffs of fitness center will manage this newly created system to provide good customer support to their member and, they help this fitness center to keep track of their members and their progress in both Joondalup fitness center and Mount Lawley Fitness center.
