Design a motor control circuit, which will perform the following:
One large machine tool is a surface grinder that has a hydraulic pump and a large grinding wheel, which are both driven by one motor.
The machine requires that the coolant pump be started first before the main motor is started.
The starting of the main motor that drives the hydraulic pump and the grinding wheel is controlled by a pneumatic timer set for a 30 second delay.
Control the machine by a standard start/stop pushbutton station.
When the start button is pressed, the motor starter coil for the coolant pump and the coil of an on-delay timer are energized.
After the timer has timed out, the main motor will start.
Also include a flow switch in the main coolant line to verify that coolant is flowing in the system.
If no coolant flow is detected, the main machine tool motor will not start.
