You are tasked with writing a program to track account balances for a new bank. The bank offers customers a Savings account and a Checking account. Use object-oriented programming to track the account balances. Use a class called Account that has only private data members. The data members should be the account balance, name on the account and any other data members that you require There should be a savings account class that inherits from Account. A savings account has an interest rate (it earns interest!) and a minimum monthly balance. The interest rate is presently 2% on the end-of-month balance. The min monthly balance is $250 and there is a $30 fee if the savings balance (before the interest is applied) is less than the min balance There should be checking account class that inherits from Account. The checking account does not pay interest and there is no min balance but there is a fee of $3 for each withdrawal
