Elicitation Techniques

Consider what you will need to know about the business problem, and using the lecture, your Robertson and Robertson text and the BABOKB guide locited in your online classroom, develop a list of $10-15$ open$-$ended questions that you will need answered in order to begin formulating a solution. Explain the techniques and$/$or approaches that you will use with the stakeholder$($s$)$ to help develop the answers you need. Post your list of questions and techniques to the forum.

Guided Response: Review several of your peers' lists and techniques. Respond to at least two of your peers, and provide feedback on their lists and choice of techniques. Include in your feedback at least two suggestions for questions to include and one suggestion of an alternative technique. Explain why you suggested the questions and the alternative technique.
