I understand that this is a very challenging time for you. Our plant had been facing challenges before all of this, and I

know things have gotten worse with the coronavirus. What we need to focus on now is the task at hand. The nation

is depending on us for their food supply. In essence, we are their troops and need to make sure they have dinner on

the table during this time of great stress. I know you are distressed; I am as well. But we have a task that we need to

accomplish and I ask for all of you who are not sick to come to work and make sure we are supporting families

across this great nation.
