Email below to Sam,  when bank review the  credit card statement, which I as broker didn't not check,   and  I didn't notice that Sam mention about the  over the limit . Subsequently the loan has been declined..  Give him some hints and tips to improve his situation and ensure you send it in a professional and positive manner that you hope he will come back to you when his situation is better
