Employee Experience

For this assignment you are required to consider your own job, or that of a friend, colleague, or family member. This report requires you to explore aspects of the Design Thinking Methodology and the employee experience. You will need to consider the issues of Work Design (Topic 4), Talent Attraction & Selection (Topic 5), and Management of Performance (Topic 7). Please compile an Employee Experience report based on your exploration of the following sections (using the bolded terms as your major headings). You must provide specific examples in your report. It is expected that you use the textbook, Coene and at least 4 other current articles (2021 - 2023) to enhance your answers. Please provide a short overview of the employee and the role as an introduction.
