EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

BETWEEN:EMPLOYER (The Employer)

and

JANE EYRE (Jane)

Whereas the employer and Jane Eyre have agreed to enter into an employment relationship for their mutual benefit. THE PARTIES agree that the terms and conditions of their employment relationship shall be as set forth below:

1.Term:

The employer agrees to employ Jane from October 17, 2019 to Mar. 31, 2020 unless Jane's employment is terminated earlier pursuant to section 5.

2.Compensation:

The employer shall provide Jane with a gross salary of $2,000.00 per week from which standard deductions will be made.

3.Confidentiality:

Jane acknowledges that she is in a fiduciary position and will have access to and be entrusted with confidential information and trade secrets of the Employer.

4.Non-Competition:

Jane shall not at any time within two years of the expiry of this Agreement or termination of Jane's employment be employed by and person engaged in or concerned with a business similar to or in completion with the Employer in the Dominion of Canada.

5.Termination:

The Employer may terminate Jane's employment at any time with either one week notice or pay in lieu.

6.Modification of Agreement:

Any modification to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties or it shall have no effect and shall be void.

7.Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.
