Encrypting & Decrypting Program

This programming assignment will include the following:

$1.$ Read a list of words from the provided input file, EncryptFile.txt

$2.$ Encrypt each word with Caesar Cipher $($review information provided in Week $7$ regarding this cipher$),$ using a different random key value for each word

$3.$ Write the encrypted word to a new output file, along with its encryption key value

$4.$ Read the output file and the key to decrypt each word

$5.$ Print the decrypted word to the screen, one word per line

$6.$ Include printed statements that convey the different steps of the program to the user

$7.$ Include comments and program writing conventions that assist in reading the program

Please submit your program file as a $.$txt file attachment. Please note that you have flexibility in the IDE you choose to use to write, test, and execute your program, but need to save the program file as a text file so that your instructor is able to view and run your code to assess your work.
