The CHO position may seem to be an entirely new phenomenon but firms have been employing CHO managers since the early 2000s. A CHO is a manager with a special qualification that tries to increase employees motivation in order to increase their performance. CHO managers, like many newly created positions, have many special and unique roles in their organizations in terms of motivation.
