Engineering Change Process Requester of change completes "Engineering Change Request" form and submits in the system. Product Engineer reviews request and does a technical analysis. Decides to approve or reject the request. If it is approved, it gets signed and goes to the Financial Analyst for cost evaluation. If rejected it goes back to the Requester. The Financial Analyst does a cost evaluation and decides to approve or reject the change request. If approved it goes to the Executive Director. If rejected it goes back to the requestor. The Executive Director reviews request for approval. If approved, the Product Engineer sends notification to customer of product change. If rejected it goes back to the Requester. The Production Manager and Engineering Managers receive the approved request from the Executive Director and implement the change in the production line and update drawings
