(b) House of Quality is a part of a more extensive process called QFD, which stands for Quality, Function, and Deployment. This process represents quality monitoring and focuses on the function of execution of a quality plan and the application of deployment resources. Based on your understanding, explain the House of Quality concept and support your answer with examples.
