help me to write a complaint based on this following case:

You asked a customised presentation design company to design a slide deck for your business pitching. You have explained clearly to the designer that you wanted to use pastel colour instead of bold colour for your slide decks background. In addition, you want them to always use BOLD letter to write your company name. Unfortunately, when you received your order, you found out that bold colour was very dominant, and in some slides the name of your company was not written in bold letters. You are very devastated because you only have one day left before the pitching day.

How do you deliver you complain to ask designer to fix the design?
