• Suitable space for interactions/roleplays.

1. Present an objectives workshop within your organisation or in a simulated workplace environment. You will need to influence, support, and provide resources for at least two individuals and one team. If there is no workplace, this may be conducted as a roleplay with at least four other learners acting as stakeholders/team members. (I need your roleplay script to guide my work only. I will not submit your original script and take it as mine.)

You must demonstrate that you can:

• Clearly communicate the organisation's objectives, values, and standards to a range of stakeholders using appropriate media and language
• Assign accountabilities to teams according to competencies and operational plans
• Resource teams according to work objectives
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, professional competence, and professional development
• Encourage others to adopt the same ethics and values as the organisation.
