ER diagram please in sql data modeler..........................
b)At the heart of the website is the Request. Requests may be submitted by a child-care organization that is approved by CarePortal. Each request must have a title, a description, and a location, which consists of a county and a zipcode. (For those who are not familiar with American political geography, a county is a political unit between a state and a city/town. Each state consists of multiple counties (there are 93 in Nebraska) and each county consists of one or more cities or towns. Among other things, counties are in charge of running elections. A zipcode is a postal number. There can be multiple zipcodes within a single city or town.) A request typically serves one or more individuals, and the request keeps track of how many children and how many adults are served. Each request is classified according to tiers. Tier 1 represents physical items or services. (c) Each request is made up of one or more needs.for example, multiple needs have been identified, e.g. toddler bed with mattress & sheets, gas card, school backpack, etc. In this request only one of each has been requested, but in general multiple units of each need can be requested. Each need is given an approximate monetary value, and the total of all the needs requested is the Estimated Value of the request. (d) Based on their zipcodes, the requests can be placed onto a map also shows some filters that can be applied to limit what is displayed on the map. (e) In order to make a contribution to a request, an individual must first set up an account with basic information. In addition, an individual must associate with an existing community. There are two types of communities. One is a faith-based community; the individual can be associated with a church or other faith community. The other is a cause-based community. (f) Once an account is created, the individual can then log in and search for requests. When the individual finds a request theyd like to contribute to, they can click on the Yes, I can help! button and then indicate how many of what need will be contributed .More than one need can be met in a single contribution . As needs are met through contributions, the system keeps track so that needs that have been fulfilled can be distinguished from needs that have not . The process of delivering the items that are contributed is outside of the scope of this assignment. (g) There are multiple kinds of entities that play a role in the CarePortal ecosystem . One is the individual, who has already been discussed. This assignment includes two others: churches and child serving agencies. The others are outside of the scope of this assignment. A child serving agency is the only one that can submit a request. Child serving agencies must be approved before they can be active within CarePortal. A child serving agency can submit multiple requests. (h) The other kind of organization is the faith community, such as a church. Individuals can self-associate with faith communities and in this way the contributions can be aggregated by faith community. Individuals can associate with only one faith community at a time.
