Scenario

DHLV Inc. has recently received an influx of customer complaints about the quality of their products. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that many of the employees were suffering from fatigue and pain due to poor ergonomic practices. This was causing them to make mistakes that were resulting in defective products. The issue was brought to the attention of the HR department when employees began to report increased levels of pain and fatigue, as well as a rise in customer complaints. It was clear that a training intervention was needed to educate employees on the importance of ergonomics and how to properly use tools and equipment in order to avoid fatigue and pain.
