ERP(SAP) project implementation - risk management plan.

Assume that the project charter has been approved and you are now in the planning phase. A team has been assigned, but no actual project tasks have begun. Create a risk management plan for the project as follows:

Make a list of at least six risks to the projects success.

Rate the severity and likelihood of occurrence for each risk.

Calculate a risk priority number for each risk and sort them from largest to smallest.

Describe what mitigation steps the team should take for each risk.
