Identify one major challenge (i.e. technology, policy, economic, personnel, global influence, training and development, etc.) facing leaders in the industry in which you work (or would like to work) and make at least one recommendation on how this challenge might be addressed to ensure organizational success. Assignment Criteria: The assignment should be between (800 - 1,000 words), excluding the cover and references pages. Perform appropriate research that will support your response to the assignment and meet these criteria: o Use UMUC's online library to locate at least five (5) scholarly journal articles o Three of these articles must have been published within the last five (5) years Follow APA style guidelines for the cover page, citations, references page. The paper should be double-spaced with 1-inch margins on all sides, and in 12 pt. Times New Roman or 10 pt. Arial font. A sample APA formatted paper can be found on pages 41 - 51 in the APA manual. A draft of this assignment is required. Submit your draft to the Assignment Draft folder by the draft due date so that the Writing Coach can review it. Your draft will be returned to your folder. Incorporate the Writing Coach's feedback into your paper and make final revisions. Submit the assignment to Turnitin.com for the Originality Report prior to submission for grading, and make any revisions, if needed. Put your Turnitin Originality Report Score on your paper's cover page. Submit your paper as an MS Word document to the Assignment folder. Your paper must be original to this course. If you have previously completed a similar assignment for another course or you are retaking this course, you cannot resubmit a paper previously submitted. Late assignments are subject to a penalty.
