Ethical behavior largely driven by colleagues One common theme we've seen is that ethical behavior in business largely being driven by the behavior of colleagues/co-workers. For this part of the discussion, I would like you to use the resources / journals available to you from the APSU library (online or paper) to provide evidence and justification for this claim (peers help shape ethics). Although a first step in research, this would be similar to building a relevance section if you were to write an original research paper. Given some confusion, the steps to follow would be: - Ensure the ability to access to the APSU Library's resources (either electronically or in-person, if the latter is desired) - Using the electronic (or paper, if nearby) resources of the library, find an article that relates to ethics and the influence of peers in ethics. - Provide an appropriate APA citation and overview for your colleagues in a new post. This discussion is assisting you to use library resources if you have not done so previously. The use of the library's journals is a requirement of APSU 1000, the final project in this course, the PTMA Capstone, and many courses in between
