Situation

We have an internal web server running on Windows 2000 that is used during working hours Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm. This system is used by all employees at least twice a week. The database is in Oracle 8i and costs $1000/month for support. The system was built using PERL and we have had trouble hiring developers with PERL knowledge. Management would like to be able to access the system at home (outside the network).
