Amit is a new CEO of a consumer product good company that has 30 employees in the company. In his first 90 days in his new role he decides to spend the time focused on meeting with each employee in the company. During these meetings he asks what they love about their job, what they see for the future of the company and what motivates them at work. The conversations are amazing! Amit leaves each meeting feeling grateful and excited. He receives many emails and a lot of feedback that employees loved these meetings. After all the meetings are done Amit develops a vision for the future of the company based on what he heard from employees and his ideas about the future. When he shares the vision with employees, he can see that the employees are excited and motivated about the direction the company is headed. His first 90 days are a success and the future looks promising
